Closing

Final Walkthrough
We will meet at the home the day before or on closing day, and take a look to make sure that everything has been left in the same condition and standard that we originally saw it.
 

Home Services and Utilities
Even at the end of the transaction I am there for you. I have a large vendor list and can direct you to plumbers, painters, roofers, deck professionals, electricians, arborists, junk removal and anything in between. Just ask me and I would be more than happy to help you make your move in as smooth as possible. 

Closing Signing
Finally, you and the sellers will sign the settlement statement in which will certify its accuracy. 

If there are any funds that you will be bringing to the transaction you can have them wired electronically which the closing agent will give you instructions on that or bring a certified bank check to the closing with specific settlement statement amount.
